VTB Arena Park — is a project of reconstructing and restoring Dinamo stadium and its surrounding territory for commercial and social use.

 

We quickly came to understanding that the target group of this project is not only the potential buyers of real-estate but also all those people not indifferent to this historic area and the legendary stadium. Therefore we suggested communicating the idea of the future life of residents and their neighbors rather than price of a square meter of property. Handcrafted paper constructions were chosen as medium of this communication. They helped in creating a warm friendly atmosphere.
